Many physicians earn strong incomes yet still feel financially pressured, burned out or constrained by the careers they worked hard to build. Bryan Jepson, M.D., CFP, ChSNC, a physician, financial planner and author, will explore what he calls the "physician financial paradox" and introduce his Financial Clarity Blueprint framework, examining the structural and behavioral factors that drive true financial stability — including lifestyle management, investing discipline and career optionality. Attendees will leave with practical strategies to build greater flexibility and control over both their finances and their future.
