Telehealth regulations in Washington, D.C.: The most pressing need in policy

As of March 13, 2025, the nation is 18 days away from favorable telehealth policies lapsing in Medicare. Ideally, Congress will continue and extend those provisions, or telemedicine will face a potentially devastating setback in the U.S. health care system. Kyle Zebley, American Telemedicine Association vice president, public policy, and executive director of ATA Action, explains the priorities.
