Telehealth and other forms of virtual care have increased dramatically since the onset of COVID-19, and patients’ experiences with these types of care thus far will help determine their role in post-pandemic care delivery. Kyruus Inc., which develops online patient access platforms and software, recently commissioned a survey asking patients about their awareness of, experience with, and future interest in virtual care. Highlights of their findings follow.
