Match Day: Three physician leaders describe a milestone in the education of a doctor

The National Resident Matching Program pairs medical students with residencies around the country.

Taking place every spring, the Match is a huge step in the career of a physician. In this video, three physician leaders explain the importance of the Match. They also share some personal memories about their own experiences with this rite of passage for new doctors.
