Introducing AIMPA: Starting a new national group

The new American Independent Medical Practice Association formed when physicians realized they had a common interest: keeping alive the tradition of doctors treating their patients in an independent setting, without two levels of bureaucracy between doctors and patients. Its physician members were primed for it with a set of common goals toward patient treatment, across specialties. Inaugural President and Board Chair Paul Berggreen, MD, explains how AIMPA formed in 2023.
