25 years of patient safety: An introduction to Leapfrog

The Leapfrog Group is a national nonprofit founded in 2000 by major employers to improve health care quality and safety by publicly reporting hospital performance. Today, they continue to rate hospitals and ambulatory surgery centers on patient safety, making the information accessible to the public.
