Resolution Medical brings biosimulation, design, new product introduction and cleanroom assembly expertise that will be integrated with Resonetics' existing precision component manufacturing, advanced materials and battery technologies. The combination is intended to help original equipment manufacturers reduce complexity and accelerate time to market.
