Laxmi Patel is chief strategy officer for Savista and brings a unique perspective with her background in consulting, human resource and strategy. Laxmi’s passion for health care came in early in her life as a 10-year-old helping her immigrant mother navigate the health care system while she dealt with chronic respiratory issues. Through that experience, Laxmi saw that the system was broken and knew she wanted to be part of the solution. At Savista, she is responsible for growth strategy, service line management and expansion, automation, continuous improvement, and M&A. She utilizes a data-driven approach to align process, people and technology to create a positive impact for our colleagues and clients. Her goal is not only to design strategies and solutions, but to improve performance and drive sustainable change.
