NAM plan for workforce well-being: Troubling trend

Victor J. Dzau, MD, president of the National Academy of Medicine, discusses positive culture as a priority area in the Academy’s National Plan for Health Workforce Well-Being, which has seven priority areas to improve work conditions for physicians and medical staff, and ultimately improve patient care.
