A 13-month prison sentence was ordered for a woman charged with health care fraud and who was a fugitive from justice for more than 10 years. Lilit Galstyan, 61, was indicted in September 2010 for her part in a crime ring that stole personal identifying information of physicians to bill Medicare for more than $40 million for services never rendered.
