A: Perhaps you need to reverse your priorities and first plan how you will use social media. To give you an idea of what other practices have done, do some Web searches on the topic of how to use social media in medical practices. You'll find some good content that will help you outline what you want to achieve. Once you've accomplished that goal, most likely it will be clear what you'll need to do to establish your plan, including what you'll post, when you'll post and with what frequency, and to whom you will delegate the actual posting. You don't need to add a staff person, but you do need to incorporate social media into your marketing plan.
