AI adoption surges across the health care industry

Artificial intelligence (AI) is becoming a cornerstone of health care operations.

According to a recent Moneypenny survey of 750 U.S. businesses, 66% of health care companies are now using or actively considering AI. Most are adopting the technology to boost productivity, streamline marketing or improve decision-making processes. But even as technology surges, concerns about data security, implementation complexity and potential job loss remain high.

Research shows that AI in health care is less about clinical algorithms and more about day-to-day operations — handling routine inquiries, marketing outreach and process automation.
