2 in 5 Americans don’t understand common health insurance terminology

Survey shows that most Americans struggle to identify common acronyms and terminology.

A survey from Duffy&Duffy, a medical malpractice law firm, found that 41% of Americans could not correctly identify common acronyms or terminology linked to health insurance. The results vary widely by state.
