What medical specialties are in the most demand for practicing telehealth?

This is a pressing question, as demand for and use of telehealth and other forms of virtual care has surged in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Doximity conducted a recent physician employment survey using data form their database of clinical job postings and network-wide compensation survey.
