Rural health is losing doctors: Physician employment raises concerns about patient care

Employed physicians have expressed concerns about policies that can influence clinican care decisions. The Physicians Advocacy Institute (PAI) has been vocal about this, said CEO Kelly Kenney, JD. PAI this year published the new report, “Rural Areas Face Steep Declines in Independent Physicians and Practices."
