Almost half of MICHIGAN residents who lacked insurance delayed seeking needed care, but so did 17 percent of those with health insurance-mostly due to cost concerns, according to a survey released in March by the Center for Healthcare Research & Transformation. The survey of 1,022 Michigan adults showed those in the manufacturing sector were as worried about losing coverage as those in the arts, services, hospitality, and retail occupations.

More than 836,000 Blue Cross Blue Shield members in upstate NEW YORK can access physicians online by year-end with a Web camera or phone encounters, according the Web services provider American Well.
