Here’s the current status of anti-maintenance of certification (MOC) efforts as of November 2017. States in green have already passed some form of anti-MOC legislation, while red states are considering bills. Hover over each state to see when the bill was passed or the bill’s ID number. Use the ID number to check on the status with your state’s legislature.
