A new resource is available to alleviate physician and health care worker burnout.

The COVID-19 pandemic shined light on health care workplace conditions that were problematic before the pandemic. As it recedes in memory, there may be less public attention on health care burnout, although the problem has not gone away, said Stefanie Simmons, MD, FACEP, chief medical officer of the Dr. Lorna Breen Heroes’ Foundation.
