Kristin Ficery

Kristin Ficery serves as Accenture’s Global Health & Public Service Strategy lead. She is a recognized health and public service leader known for advising and executing complex transformations to drive organic and inorganic growth, operating model efficiencies, digital enablement, and innovation on behalf of a global set of industry leaders. Her work spans the Americas, Europe, Middle East, and Australia. She holds three patents, has authored over a dozen externally published articles and lectured on business transformations and mergers and acquisitions at Northwestern, University of Georgia, and Emory’s business schools. She currently leads Accenture’s Health and Public Sector Strategy practice globally. Previously, she led Accenture’s North America Health practice which was named the leader in healthcare consulting by KLAS and Forbes and top quartile in Analytics by Everest during her leadership tenure.
