Here are the states with the lowest and highest monthly premiums.

The average monthly premium for a benchmark “silver” ACA Marketplace plan in 2021 is $443, a 2.1% decrease from 2020 and the third consecutive year of declines. But the national average masks a wide variation between states, from $292 in Minnesota to $782 in Wyoming—a difference of 167%. Here are the states with the lowest and highest monthly premiums.*
