Sarah Matt, MD, joins Medical Economics’ Editorial Advisory Board

Matt is a physician executive, health technology strategist, and national best-selling author of “The Borderless Healthcare Revolution.” With a clinical background in medicine and an MBA from McCombs School of Business at UT Austin, she sits at the intersection of care delivery and emerging technology — advising health systems, digital health companies, and investors on how AI and innovation translate into real-world clinical practice.

She is a sought-after speaker on AI in medicine, the future of care delivery, and strategic leadership in healthcare. She has been recognized as a leading voice on the clinical application of AI tools and the evolving role of the physician in a technology-driven environment. She also serves as a professor and academic contributor, bringing evidence-based perspective to the policy and business conversations shaping health care's future.
