Public health: A different world view
A new way to think about individual and public health.
The United States and the rest of the world have different views about public health and primary care. American Public Health Association Executive Director Georges C. Benjamin, MD, said the nation could benefit by adopting a holistic view, not dividing primary care from health, wellness and preventive efforts of public health.
