In June 2024, the Physicians Advocacy Institute sent a letter outlining concerns about effects of consolidation in health care to three federal agencies reviewing current market conditions: The U.S. Departments of Justice, Health and Human Services, and the Federal Trade Commission. CEO Kelly Kenney, JD, introduces the Physicians Advocacy Institute with some history about the organization.
