Do patients think their medical records are accurate?

A survey from Carta Healthcare found that patients mostly believe their records are accurate, but do they know how to access them?

Carta Healthcare looked at the accuracy and accessibility of medical records by surveying 1,000 consumers. While most respondents feel confident about accessing their records and consider them accurate, a significant portion, particularly younger generations, report inaccuracies.
