Addressing drivers of health: Size matters
Smaller physicians’ office will need assistance.
Many larger health systems have social work networks and teams on staff to connect patients with resources to address drivers of health. Smaller and rural physician offices likely will need more assistance to create programs that help patients in the same ways.
