Study shows the impact fears of health care costs have on behavior

Retirees on limited incomes are always concerned about how financial challenges will affect their lifestyles, and the cost of health care is their top concern, according to research from eHealth and Retireable.

To better understand the intersection of health care and personal finances in retirement, the companies commissioned a general population survey of Americans age 60 through 70, some already retired and enrolled in Medicare, others anticipating retirement and Medicare eligibility.
