PAI: Physicians in some ways are at a disadvantage in fighting health care consolidation

The United States has a regulatory framework that makes it difficult for physicians to lead health care. Physicians, if they are able to do so, can offer competitive, high-quality health care choices to patients in the United States, said Kelly Kenney, JD, CEO of the Physicians Advocacy Institute.
