How many novel coronavirus (COVID-19) cases were announced today?

The Coronavirus Resource Center is continuously updated source where you can find the latest news on COVID-19. Data on vaccination comes from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

Here’s the latest data, updated on Oct. 21:

Positive tests: 97,150,292

Patient deaths: 1,067,190

Total vaccine doses distributed: 882,774,235

Patients who’ve received the first dose: 265,591,330

Patients who’ve received the second dose: 226,594,560

% of population fully vaccinated (both doses, not including boosters): 68.2%

% tied to Other: 0%
