Agile Health has released myAgileLife, a text messaging-based health engagement program designed to help people with type 2 diabetes master skills to achieve healthier outcomes.

Designed by clinicians, myAgileLife provides daily support to help program participants change their lifestyle and self-care behaviors to better manage their diabetes.

The program is a six-month intensive process for newly-diagnosed individuals and those who have been diagnosed but have been unsuccessful in establishing and maintaining glycemic control. Daily guidance is provided through a personalized combination of outbound messages, reminders, quizzes, and challenges.

Clinical messages are crafted from the National Diabetes Education Program (NDEP) and are aligned with diabetes self-managament standards.
