Addressing drivers of health: Getting to know the Z-codes

Physicians who begin assessing patient drivers of health will need to use the Z-codes used to describe environmental, economic, and social factors that address patient health. In spring 2023, The Physicians Foundation launched its new campaign, Let’s Take 5 to Address Drivers of Health.
