Addressing drivers of health: An implementation guide

In spring 2023, The Physicians Foundation launched its new campaign, Let’s Take 5 to Address Drivers of Health (DOH). The Foundation created an online implementation guide for physicians to lead a team approach within their practices so all clinicians and staff can begin assessing patients who need assistance. Foundation President Gary Price, MD, MBA, describes the teamwork necessary.
