Epocrates for BlackBerry. . .DynaMed adds info. . .eClinicalWorks' EHR/PM access. . .Allscripts EHR at Lahey

• Epocrates' free drug and formulary reference guide is now available for use in BlackBerry smartphones.

• DynaMed, a point-of-care resource for evidence-based medicine, is adding drug reference information from the American Health Formulary Service.

• The Hudson Valley Information Exchange is offering participating practices access to eClinicalWorks' integrated EHR/PM system. More than 500 physicians are currently part of the exchange.

• Another 500 or so doctors at the Lahey Clinic in Massachusetts will be using Allscripts' EHR. The EHR will be interfaced with inpatient records across the Lahey system, and users will also be able to query the database for clinical performance indicators.
